Bon Me Fights For $15!
We’ve got some huge news over here at Bon Me. For months we’ve been toiling over the small details, and we’re finally ready for the big announcement.
As of August 1st, our starting wage for permanent employees was raised to $13 an hour. Our goal is to reach $15 an hour by the end of 2018.
Do you want to know WHY? Have a look at this short video!
Here are some more details...
We believe that as a local business, we have the opportunity to encourage progress in our industry by making changes in our business practices. By increasing wages at our company to a living wage, we can take the "High Road to Profitability" and improve the quality of life for all of our valued crew members and their families, and hopefully, encourage other businesses to do the same.
Your loyalty made this progress a possibility. We hope that you will continue to support us and know that every visit to Bon Me helps us reach the goal of $15 an hour.
If you’re just as excited about our news as we are, use our hashtag #BonMefor15 to show us some love!
Bon Me is supported in this endeavor by the Fight for 15 Movement, and joined by ROC United, Restaurant Opportunities Center United, Raise Up and CPA, the Chinese Progressive Association.
