Introducing our new fall menu!
The season is changing and so is our menu!
Fall is here and we're ready for sweater weather and apple picking. Check out our two new menu items available now.
We heard you, so we brought it back.
Ali’s Pho has returned just in time for the cold weather to set in. For those of you who haven't had it before, Ali’s Pho is a hearty and comforting noodle soup in the style of a Vietnamese Phở Gà, or chicken pho. Pho is a hundred-year old street food originally from Hanoi that’s gained popularity across the world as a comfort food. Ours is served ready-to-eat, with crunchy veggies and herbs in a chicken broth with warming spices.
For those of you eagerly awaiting its return, this is the same dish you know and love. For this iteration we've removed bean sprouts (we’re sad too don’t worry), and we’re giving you more noodles and more broth, which means more pho.
You pick ‘em, we’ll slice ‘em
Yes, it’s still the Bun Bowl (pronunciation tip: sounds kind of like "boon"). This is our take on another Vietnamese street dish, Bún chả, which is a traditional pork and noodle dish with a dipping sauce. Our Bun Bowl is a fresh rice noodle salad with roasted chicken and crushed peanuts in a tangy fish sauce dressing, surrounded by a bunch of veggies and herbs.
This dish has been on our menu since the spring, and now we’re swapping in roasted chicken and sliced fuji apples for the fall. Apples are an autumnal favorite and the sweet, crisp fuji variety pair well with the chicken and peanuts. Head over to any of our trucks or restaurants to give it a try!
Say your goodbyes
As the menu changes we say goodbye to some dishes. Our japchae noodles are leaving along with our sichuan mazemen, and tamari chicken is no longer an option when crafting your own bowl.
