As the weather cools down, our soups heat up! 🍜
Chef Ali took traditional chicken pho and mixed it up by using our roasted chinese salt & pepper chicken for more flavor, adding poached savoy cabbage to round out the dish, and a slice of lime for color and zest.
Coconut Noodle Salad
Bringing back a fan favorite, coconut-braised chicken 🥥, paired with delicately roasted butternut squash, this noodle salad is perfect for those early fall days when it's still too warm to eat soup.
And coming soon... ramen!
Chef Ali is still perfecting the recipe, but it might look a little something like this!
