Bon Me Appetit #10: Coconut Chia Pudding
Need a simple plant based treat for that 3-o'clock crash? Try our Coconut Chia Seed Pudding! Can't make it to a truck or restaurant? Make it yourself with this simple recipe.
Here's what you need for one (5.75 ounce) serving:
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- ½ Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Water
1. Mix all ingredients together, making sure sugar fully dissolves, and chia clumps are brokenup
2. Refrigerate overnight
3. Add any toppings, try fresh fruit, or mint!
This recipe is easily adaptable to include your preferred sweetner, plant based milk, and toppings. Just switch, swap & enjoy!
