Here's what you need:

Ingredients (yields ~2 cups of dressing):

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1-2 teaspoons cayenne, to taste

  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 4 teaspoons of toasted sesame oil

  • about 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the peanut butter, soy sauce, and vinegar to form a smooth paste

  2. Add in the red pepper flakes, garlic, cayenne, sugar, and sesame oil. Whisk until fully incorporated into the dressing

  3. Lastly, whisk in water to thin out dressing to your desired consistency. Use less water for a thicker dressing and more for a thinner one.

  4. Enjoy!
