The Chinese New Year, a time of lucky omens and fortune, is quickly approaching. We're working with Boston Public Market to show you how to cook your own Chinese New Year Feast!

Co-Founder and Executive Chef of Bon Me, Ali Fong, walks you through a three-course meal filled with good luck, locally sourced ingredients, and Bon Me classics in the KITCHEN at Boston Public Market.

  • Bon Me Deviled Tea Eggs - Tea-marinated egg topped with hand-made spicy mayo & scallion
  • Bon Me Rice Bowl - Topped with pickled carrot and daikon, spice-rubbed chicken and soy roasted tofu (vegetarian friendly)
  • 8 Treasures Chinese New Year Bar - a sweet bar cookie made with layers of coconut, chocolate, sesame seeds, and walnuts.
