Menu Makeover at Chestnut Hill Square
We've given our Chestnut Hill Square restaurant a makeover! Or more specifically, a menu makeover. Take a look below at our two new #exclusive dishes available in Chestnut Hill Square.
Baby Kale Salad with Tea Poached Chicken and Red Quinoa ($10)
Tea Poached Chicken? Yeah, you read that right. To make our new salad, we start by brewing strong Lapsang tea, a type of smoke-dried Chinese tea. We then poach (a fancy word for boil) chicken thighs in the tea, imbuing it with a unique smoky flavor. The chicken is chilled and tops a salad of tender baby kale mixed with red quinoa, tomatoes, red onions, and roasted almonds. A light lemon vinaigrette ties it all together.
Seasonal Roasted Veggie Bowl ($8)
We're also introducing a Seasonal Vegetable Rice Bowl! Our kitchen is roasting up the best flavors of every season and combining them for a hearty bowl of fresh and healthy ingredients. We place the roasted veggies with cherry tomatoes and mesclun greens atop our brown rice, and season it all with Chinese Soy Bean Sauce.
For the winter months our Veggie Bowl will include roasted squash, mushroom, and cabbage. On the other hand, our summer bowl contained roasted eggplant, zucchini, and corn.
