This fall we've been hard at work in the Bon Me labs, cooking up new, seasonal, and healthy options for our trucks and restaurants.
We came up with fresh side dishes for the colder months. Each dish exemplifies the deep, rich flavors of fall and winter, while remaining light and satisfying. Check these two out and keep an eye out for more!
Paprika Roasted Cauliflower
Say hello to our Paprika Roasted Cauliflower. We take fresh cauliflower flourets, season them up with white pepper, paprika, onion, and salt, and roast them until they're tender and golden. These beauties are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free.
Roasted Kabocha Squash
Our other seasonal side is a true ode to the colder months. We roast cubes of Kabocha Squash (like Butternut but heartier), then toss it lightly in salt and fennel seed. The gentle seasoning lets the natural flavor of the squash shine.
Our Vegetarian Summer Rolls are back by popular demand, despite the summer being, sadly, long gone. These veggie delights are exclusively at our Dewey Square and Harvard trucks, keep an eye out!
Still love the classics? Don't worry, our regular Asian Greens, like the Chinese Broccoli, will still be available every once in a while all winter.
These side dishes are available at all of our locations for $3 each. Just like our classic Asian Green sides, our kitchen prepares them on a rotating basis, so every day our trucks and restaurants will have something new! Come celebrate the tastes of the season, the Bon Me way.
